Our Plants

Do you specialize in certain plants?

No, I provide a nice collection of plants in each category of violets; semi-miniature, miniature and standard. For the new grower I also provide a selection of pink, purple, blue, red, white, fantasy or two –toned violets to choose from. I am currently working with plants which should be ready in the near future.

How big are the plants?

My mini and semi-mini plants range from 2-4 inches in diameter and my standard plants range from 4-6 inches in diameter. The minis can grow to a maximum size of 6 inches in diameter. The semi-minis can grow to a maximum size of 8 inches in diameter and the standards can grow to a maximum size of 12 inches.

What size pots will my plants arrive in?

The baby plants will arrive in a 2.5 x 2.5 inch pot, unless otherwise mentioned. They will do fine in that pot for 2 months after which they will need to be transplanted to a one size larger pot. More details are included in my instruction booklet, “How to Take Care of African Violets” which is sent with every shipment.
What if I am not satisfied with my plants?
Baby Violets works very hard to ensure that my plants are healthy and are packaged to arrive safe and sound to their final destination. We are confident our products and services will exceed your expectations, if you are not totally satisfied; we want to know about it and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied.
